Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

We currently offer shipping throughout the United States.

Shipping Coverage

At this time, MOON IN THE SKY ships within the United States only.

We currently do not ship to:

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • P.O. Boxes
  • U.S. Territories
  • International destinations

Orders placed with unsupported shipping addresses may be delayed, require address updates, or be canceled if delivery cannot be completed.

Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become available after shipment.

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped separately to improve delivery efficiency.

If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional charge.
